I am Udgum Khadka. Strategic marketer by interest and study, I consider myself an explorer, a growth-seeker and an opportunist. Tenacious, resilient, sincere, humble and minimalistic, among others traits, define me the best. Consumer behaviour, value co-creation, strategic marketing, relationship management, customer discovery and network building are my areas of keen interest.

Though started as a normal Nepalese boy, numerous milestones have changed my life and mind-set. Every experience, home and abroad, developed me, made me a confident, mature and knowledgeable man I am.  Studying and working with international students in Finland have broadened my perspective and knowledge base.

I don’t fear change anymore. I am ready to take calculated risks and grab opportunities as they come by. I don't hesitate and fear working with diverse workforce anymore. I can work parallel with latest technologies and methodologies.
